When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day from our US based warehouse. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the move!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or delays beyond our control.

Can I return an item?
Yes! Unopened puzzles may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Just send us a note at hello@hausofmoods.com to initiate the return.
Important:
- Returns must be shipped in a box with adequate padding to prevent damage.
- We can only issue a full refund for unopened puzzles.
- Opened puzzles may be eligible for store credit depending on condition.

If you’re missing a piece, please send:
- A photo of your completed puzzle
- Your full name and order number, and where you purchased the puzzle.
- Your shipping address
To hello@hausofmoods.com, and we’ll get a replacement piece mailed out to you. We got you!

- A photo of the damaged product and packaging, please include an image of the shipping label
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
